Trace, originally released in 1995, is Son Volt’s debut album, following Jay Farrar’s departure from alt-country pioneers Uncle Tupelo. Critically acclaimed and commercially successful, it featured the hit single “Drown.” This 30th anniversary 2LP edition marks the album’s first U.S. pressing since 2015 and includes a second disc of bonus tracks making their vinyl debut.
