Whilst we work with National Book Tokens to fix the issue, we would be grateful if you could follow the instructions below to support the manual processing of your order containing Record Tokens.
Step 3 of Checkout: Enter your Record Token(s) number(s) without any spaces.
Step 5 of Checkout: Select Record Tokens as the payment option (even if your tokens do not cover the full cost of your order).
If you wish to pay the balance of the payment by credit / debit card, we will contact you to take payment.
